At Dansko, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and offer a 60-day return policy for items purchased directly through our website. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes back into their original Dansko shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; please allow 7-10 business days for processing once the package reaches our warehouse.
